So this month it's Breast Cancer Awareness month as most of you know. So this is my little friendly reminder to ALL women out there to get your Mammograms (over 40 only) scheduled and do your self exams! Yes, this does apply to YOU...even if you are under age 40...ESPECIALLY if you are under age 40! Go! Now! It could save your life!!!

That is so cool that you were highlighted. I hope you get to be a grandma, too! I guess that should be my big dream, too...you just never know! Also, let me know if you want to write a fitmepink post for Pink-tober...very fitting!
LOVE your Dream Big highlight. Seriously, you are just amazing. Do you really need a mammogram under 40? I know I sound like an idiot to say that, but when I called my GYN, she said it wasn't necessary. I'll do whatever you tell me to do though, should I insist that they schedule one for me? Enlighten me, o wise one!
That's really great Erin. You deserve a spotlight on you all the time. (in fact, if you find out how to make that happen...let me know...I'd like to have that as well. Not because I deserve it, but because I just really want one, and an applause track too...)
Anyway, I'm really proud of all the work you've done. You're an amazing survivor, and you've really turned your experience into one that inspires others. Way to go, you!
